1. What can I expect in my quarterly subscription? Each quarter, our team of stylists will hand select items tailored just for you. These items will be seasonal and our team will ensure you are getting the most bang for your buck. On top of this, you will be introduced to some of the world's most premier golf and athleisure clothing companies. For detail of what's included in each box, please take a look at our memberships page.

2. When does The Turn ship? For the Turn Box membership, your first box will ship in the month ordered and then every box after will be shipped around your purchase date every 3 months until canceled. For any questions on shipping, please contact support@theturnsubscription.com

3. What is our return policy? Returns are only accepted if the item you received is damaged in transit or the sizing in your box is incorrect to what you have filled out in your membership profile. If this happens, you can submit a return and we’ll exchange the item for free. Tags must be in tact for the return to be eligible. For return inquiries, please email us at support@theturnsubscription.com.

4. What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel anytime. However, we'd love to get your thoughts first - please email support@theturnsubscription.com before cancelling your membership. This helps us collect valueable feedback and we might even be able to provide a more suitable membership option for you.
